Part time Director - Paddington Farm Trust (PFT)
PFT wishes to appoint a director to be responsible for
• Strategic direction and development of PFT
• Fund Raising and Marketing
• Project management of farm refurbishment plans
• Day to day financial management including line managing the farm
manager
• Administration of the farm
Paddington Farm Trust is a registered charity with a specially converted Residential Centre on a 43 acre organic farm in Somerset. It was established to provide accommodation and educational opportunities for London and local based groups and families, particularly those on low incomes and from disadvantaged groups. The post is a permanent one for sixteen hours per week with a probationary period of six months. Salary £22,000 pa pro-rata.
