Sponsorship & Communications Manager

The Learning Grid's role is to promote and support hands-on activities in STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) from primary schools to university. We’re passionate about getting young people involved in engineering and technology – and we’re looking to add a new member to our busy team of three. We’re based in central London and supported by Government and the Institution of Engineering and Technology.

As sponsorship and communications manager, you would have the responsibility of securing the Learning Grid’s future funding to allow us to continue our support for STEM activities. You would be working closely with the Chief Executive, developing existing and new prospects for funding and guiding the Learning Grid’s communications campaign. A detailed job description and person specification are available on request.

We would consider applications to work full- or part-time, on contract or employed terms for an initial one-year period. The salary is negotiable depending on the candidate's previous experience.

To apply, please send your CV and a letter setting out why you would be right for this role by e-mail to: recruitment@learninggrid.co.uk by 6.00 p.m. on Friday, 25th April. There is no need to provide referees at this stage. Please also feel free to call the office on 0845 900 7755 for an informal talk.
