DIP Interventions Worker
Regional Director • Pragmatism As we move forwards into our next phase of development, we are seeking two individuals who match our values and can prove to us that they possess the expertise we need to further consolidate our position and support us in maximising all future opportunities.
In summary, we are looking for an individual with a proven track record in contract and performance management who recognises what it is that’s needed to support a highly committed and passionate senior management team in meeting their aims. Ideally they will have experience of management in the voluntary sector but this will not make us blind to applicants with shared values from across all sectors.
Whatever their background,the ideal candidate will possess 180 vision, inspirational people skills, clarity of purpose, disciplined standards and, most important of all, balance.
The role will be reporting to the CEO and Board of Trustees as required.

FINANCE MANAGER As we move forwards into our next phase of development, we are seeking two individuals who match our values and can prove to us that they possess the expertise we need to further consolidate our position and support us in maximising all future opportunities.
This individual will have experience in managing and maintaining all aspects of company finance in a competitive business environment. They must also prove they have the skills needed to support a senior management team in mmeeting their business objectives, including support in developing and maintaining service budgets.
The ideal candidate will obviously possess the required accounting qualifications and they must also believe they are able to make a contribution to developing all aspects of our business, including fundraising – proven experience would be advantageous.
The role will be reporting to the CEO and Board of Trustees as required.
