Director

35 hours per week
Point 35 – Point 41 £31, 350 – 36, 474

Tower Hamlets Mediation Service wishes to appoint a Director to manage the service and give it a clear profile as one of London’s leading mediation services.

The person appointed will have a proven record of leadership and experience of dealing with a wide range of stakeholders at senior level; and be an excellent communicator able to speak and write on behalf of the service.

Based in Tower Hamlets, the Director will be responsible for the management and ongoing development of THMS, its staff and volunteers, securing a diverse funding base, achieving external accreditation for projects, and raising the profile of Tower Hamlets Mediation Service.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent management, inter-personal and communication skills, a commitment to non-violent conflict resolution and the ability to plan and deliver projects and manage change.
